In plain words: BukSalon helps you get a queue token or book a time at a salon. The salon provides the service and sets its prices, and you pay the salon directly. Wait times are estimates. Please be fair: no fake bookings, and turn up when it's your turn.

1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use the BukSalon website or apps. By using BukSalon you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. Our Privacy policy explains how we handle your data.

2. What BukSalon does

BukSalon is a booking and queue tool. Salons listed on BukSalon are independent businesses. They decide their services, prices, opening hours and who serves you, and they are responsible for the quality and safety of their services. BukSalon does not provide salon services itself.

3. Your account

  • You log in with your Indian mobile number and a one-time code. Keep your phone secure and never share the code.
  • Give your real name so the salon knows who's next. One account per person.
  • You are responsible for bookings made from your account.
  • You can delete your account any time from Profile.

4. Tokens and appointments

  • Your token number, place in line and wait time are shown live. Waits are estimates and can change if services take longer.
  • Please be at the salon when your token is called. If you aren't there, the salon may serve the next person or mark your token as a no-show.
  • For appointments, arrive a few minutes early. The salon may still need to adjust the time on busy days.
  • You can cancel a token or appointment from the app until you are in the chair. Salons may also cancel, for example if they have to close.
  • Repeated no-shows or fake bookings may lead to limits on your account.

5. Prices and payment

  • Prices are set by the salon and shown before you book. The final bill can change if you add or change services at the salon.
  • You pay the salon directly by cash, card or UPI. BukSalon does not collect payments for salon services.
  • Any refund or dispute about a service is between you and the salon. We are happy to help you contact them.

6. Coupons, BukPoints and loyalty points

  • Coupons work only on bookings made in the app, within their dates, limits and minimum bill shown with the coupon. One coupon per booking.
  • BukPoints are BukSalon reward points. They can pay for part of a bill at any salon on BukSalon, within the limits shown in Rewards. They have no cash value and can't be sold, transferred or exchanged for money.
  • Salon loyalty points are given by a salon and can be used only at that salon, under its rules.
  • If you cancel a booking, coupons and points used on it are returned to you.
  • We may cancel or reverse coupons and points obtained by mistake, fraud or misuse.

7. Referrals

  • Share your code with friends. A friend can add it only when they are new to BukSalon and before their first visit.
  • Rewards are given after the friend's first paid visit reaches the minimum bill shown in Rewards. Monthly limits apply.
  • Self-referrals, multiple accounts, the same phone used for several accounts and other tricks are not allowed. Rewards earned this way will be removed.

8. Reviews

Reviews must be about a real visit and should be honest and respectful. No abuse, hate, personal details or advertising. We may remove reviews that break these rules. Salons can reply to reviews publicly.

9. Fair use

Don't misuse BukSalon: no fake tokens or bookings, no automated scripts or scraping, no attempts to break our security, and no harassment of salon staff or other customers. We may suspend accounts that do this.

10. For salon owners

Salons that join BukSalon also agree to keep their details, prices and hours accurate and to treat customers fairly. Plan prices and features are listed on our For salons page.

11. Our responsibility

We work hard to keep BukSalon running smoothly, but the service is provided "as is" and may sometimes be unavailable. To the extent the law allows, BukSalon is not responsible for the services a salon provides, for wait times, or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.

12. Changes

We may update these terms as BukSalon grows. If the changes are important, we will tell you in the app before they apply.

13. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
